Meetings will take place on
the 4th Wednesday of each month from 7 pm—9pm at The Canadian
Mental Health Association—Kingston Branch– 6 Ordnance Street.

Guiding Principles
- Group is facilitated by a trained Peer Supporter
- Attendance is "as needed"
- You may speak or not speak; it is your choice
- Group members respect one another's
confidentiality
- If you feel uncomfortable with any topic, please
feel free to
leave the room for a break
