Meetings take place
the second Monday of every month at 7 pm at the Kingston
CMHA office, located at 6 Ordnance Street, Kingston.

Guiding Principles
- Group is facilitated by a trained Peer Supporter
- Attendance is "as needed"
- You may speak or not speak; it is your choice
- Group members respect one another's
confidentiality
- If you feel uncomfortable with any topic, please
feel free to
leave the room for a break
