The process leading to the call of a new minister for Glenburnie is well underway. Rev. Dr. Sam Wigston is now only four months from the end of his term as our Interim Minister. The process to call a new minister is a two-step process that we conduct jointly with Presbytery. The first step is done by the Joint Needs Assessment Committee (JNAC) and has now been completed. Presbytery has accepted their report and disbanded the JNAC. The second step, the work of the Joint Search Committee (JSC), has begun. The JSC will be advertising the vacancy in the near future and then get ready to review applications and conduct interviews of prospective candidates.
